Jack is a 12-year-old, retired thoroughbred gelding. He bowed a tendon so his owners tried stem cell therapy treatment here when Kesmarc was operating. During that time, he loved swimming in the pool.
Gator is a 17-year-old quarter horse gelding who unfortunately suffers from severe fly allergies. Our equine staff have done wonders to find solutions to help him with these allergies. Gator has lived most of live as a family horse in the Kississimee area.
Merlin is 15-year-old Missouri Fox trotter gelding that was donated to Mending Fences last September. He moved here from an elevation of 6,000 feet in the Colorado Rockies where he was used as a technical trail riding horse. He would often go on 4 to 5 day long trail rides.
Bullhead is a 7-year-old thoroughbred gelding who was retired after he bowed a tendon during training. Bullhead is the only current member of the staff who was born on this farm.
Smokey is a 13-year-old Paso Fino that has lived on this property since 2010.
Franz is a 17-year-old Hanoverian gelding that is a retired children’s hunter/jumper. He led the nation in his division for several years
Bub is a 14-year-old Quarter horse gelding who started as a reining horse before becoming a trail horse. When he’s not busy working with clients, Bub is taking classes of his own. He can now smile, bow and give you a hug.
Pistol is the newest addition to the Mending Fences family. He is a 4-year-old Quarter horse gelding. He has limited time under saddle which will progress as he also doubles as a therapy horse.
